The story of the Ultraboost 1.0

The 2015 Ultraboost launched Boost cushioning into the mainstream, with adidas boldly calling it "the greatest running shoe ever." Runners liked it; culture loved it. Kanye West wore it, NBA players wore it casually, and the Triple White became a wardrobe staple that carried adidas through the mid-2010s. The energy-returning TPU pellets of Boost changed what consumers expected midsoles to feel like.
